Dyed to Order GG Festival of Living Art Self Striping Fall

One of the most popular episodes of The Gilmore Girls is The Festival of Living Art which is the inspiration for the months club pre order.  This beautiful and rich colorway represents the living art exhibit where Lorelai portrays the beauty in Renoir's "Dance at Bougival."  It is a six stripe repeat with dark cherry red, navy blue, warm golden wheat, dark mauve, brown smoky and misty mauve.  Festival of Living Art would make beautiful mittens, fingerless gloves, hats, scarves, socks, etc.  The list is endless of what you could create with this colorway.

Photos show the sample dyed on my Barn Owl base a plump 4 ply fingering weight sock yarn (75% SW Merino, 25% Nylon) with 437yds/100g.
